03 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. We regularly offer free shipping promotions — check our homepage or product pages for current offers.

04 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at orders@trevoan.com.

05 International Shipping & Customs

TREVOAN ships to 50+ countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or inspection fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.

TREVOAN is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. If you are unsure about the import regulations in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

06 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping costs may apply) or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. TREVOAN is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

07 Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at orders@trevoan.com with your order number and, where applicable, photos of any damage. We will investigate and either re-ship your order or issue a full refund.
