Avoid using hot water, flavored water, or any liquid other than clean water or water-soluble essential oils designed for humidifiers.

Yes! This humidifier is compatible with water-soluble essential oils. Simply add 3–5 drops directly into the water tank. Do NOT add undiluted essential oils directly onto the ultrasonic disc as this can damage the device. We recommend lavender, eucalyptus, or peppermint oil for a relaxing and refreshing atmosphere.

The humidifier can run continuously for up to 8–12 hours on a full tank depending on the mist level setting. It features an automatic shut-off function that turns the device off safely when the water level is too low — so you never have to worry about it running dry overnight.

Yes, it is completely safe for use around babies, children, and pets. The ultrasonic technology produces a cool, fine mist without any heat — making it 100% burn-free. It also operates near-silently (under 35dB), so it won't disturb sleep. If using essential oils, please check that the specific oil is safe for children or pets before adding it to the water.

Clean the water tank every 3–5 days to prevent mold and mineral buildup. Empty any remaining water, then wipe the inside of the tank with a soft cloth dampened with white vinegar or mild soap. Rinse thoroughly with clean water before refilling. Gently clean the ultrasonic disc with a cotton swab. Never submerge the base unit in water.
