Simply browse our store, add your desired items to cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details and choose your preferred payment method. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay (with optional installments). All payments are encrypted and processed securely.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven't entered processing. Email us immediately at support@trevoan.com with your order number and we'll do our best to help.
Yes — a confirmation email is sent automatically to your email address immediately after your order is placed. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also contact us if it hasn't arrived.
Absolutely. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption and processed by PCI DSS-compliant payment providers. TREVOAN never stores your full card details on our servers. Your financial information is always handled with the highest level of security.
Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout depending on your location. For international orders, customs duties or import fees may apply upon delivery — these are set by your country's customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility. We always display a full price breakdown before you confirm your order.

Yes! TREVOAN ships to 50+ countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. All international orders include a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch. If you haven't received your tracking details within 3 business days, please contact orders@trevoan.com.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Orders over $35 qualify for free standard shipping to selected regions. We regularly run free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our homepage for the latest offers.
First, check your tracking link for the latest status. If the estimated delivery window has passed and there's no update, contact us at orders@trevoan.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and either re-ship your order or issue a full refund.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or inspection fees may be charged by your country's customs authority upon arrival. These charges are outside our control and are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering if you're unsure.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email support@trevoan.com with your order number and reason for return.
Email us at support@trevoan.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we've received and approved the return. Typical timeframes: credit/debit card 5–10 business days, PayPal 3–5 business days. If you haven't received your refund after these periods, please check with your bank first, then contact us.
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@trevoan.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. Return shipping will be covered by us in this case.
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, simply return the original for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time for you. Return and new order shipping costs follow our standard policies.
Yes, 100%. Every product on TREVOAN is sourced directly from verified manufacturers and trusted suppliers. We conduct quality checks on all items before they are listed. We do not sell counterfeit or grey-market goods — ever.
Every product in our catalog is hand-reviewed by our sourcing team. We evaluate quality, durability, supplier reliability, and customer value before anything is listed. If a product doesn't meet our internal standards, it simply doesn't make it onto the store. We'd rather offer fewer great products than many mediocre ones.
TREVOAN carries a curated selection across four main categories: Home & Living (storage, décor, essentials), Pet Supplies (toys, care, feeding), Outdoor & Adventure (camping gear, travel accessories), and Auto & Tech Accessories (car gadgets, phone accessories, workspace tools). New products are added regularly.
Minor differences in color or appearance can occur due to photography lighting and screen display settings. We always strive to represent products as accurately as possible. If the item you received is significantly different from what was shown, please contact us — that would qualify for a return or replacement.
No account is required — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track your orders, save shipping addresses, and access your order history more easily. Registration is free and takes less than a minute.
