1. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

After 12 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be canceled.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Order processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

We do not accept returns for:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized/customized items
  • Intimate or hygiene-related goods (if applicable)

⚠️ Please do not send your return to the manufacturer or the company registration address.

Returns must be sent to the address we provide after your request is approved.


5. RETURN SHIPPING
