Pull your sock over the three-finger end to create an opening for your foot. The rigid cradle supports the sock, while the shaped side notches help keep it positioned during setup. Hold the grips and use the cords to guide the sock on.

YOUR STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
Load. Lower. Slide. Pull.
Use the aid while seated on a stable chair, with enough clear floor space in front of you.
- Load the sock. Stretch the sock opening over the three-finger end, with the toe of the sock pointing away from the cord attachments.
- Lower the aid. Hold both foam grips and place the loaded aid on the floor in front of your foot.
- Slide in and pull. Guide your toes into the sock opening, then pull both cords steadily to draw the sock over your foot.
- Pull the aid free. Keep pulling until the sock is on and the shell slides out. Make any final adjustments for comfort.
Setup tip: Spread the sock opening evenly over the shell before lowering it. This helps create a clear path for your toes.

The shaped end also works as a shoehorn. Place it behind your heel to help guide your foot into a shoe, then remove the aid once your heel is in place.
